I was super nervous about trying a new chiropractor. Dr. Hira has been so kind this whole time and never made me feel silly for my anxieties. I love the education provided for us. I was super nervous for any big “cracks or pops” during my adjustment, but Dr. Hira has always been gentle but effective in my adjustments. I have noticed a big change in many different things health wise and over all have more energy day to day. I’m super grateful for all the help and education. I only wish I would have gone here when I was pregnant too

We started coming here because we were referred to Dr. Hira for her specialty in pediatric oral ties, which was amazing for our infant son. I started coming too for general adjustments and help recovering from pelvic/back issues from pregnancy and after years of chiropractic elsewhere am finally seeing improvement!”

From the moment you walk-in the door to the moment you walk out, your visit is absolutely nothing short of amazing. The entire staff had smiles and were genuinely happy to be there. Dr. Hira spent over an hour with us. She listened to my concerns and not once did she ever make me feel like I was any less of a person, mom or that I was taking to much of her time. I was comfortable and so was my baby (after an adjustment that is)! Dr. Hira validated my mommy gut and we now have an action plan that works for both her and me and the baby. Thanks to my friend who referred me to this practice and to all the staff! You all are amazing!

Absolutely perfect birth as a first time mom. She came 6 hours after going into labor! No complications at all. Dr. Hira mentally and physically prepared me for this birth through her gentle care. I was so happy that I did not tear. I had my daughter get checked as soon as I could! Couldn’t be happier with care.
