I was super nervous for any big “cracks or pops” during my adjustment, but Dr. Hira has always been gentle but effective in my adjustments. From the moment you walk-in the door to the moment you walk out, your visit is absolutely nothing short of amazing. The entire staff had smiles and were genuinely happy to be there. Dr. Hira spent over an hour with us. She listened to my concerns and not once did she ever make me feel like I was any less of a person, mom or that I was taking to much of her time. I was comfortable and so was my baby (after an adjustment that is)! Dr. Hira validated my mommy gut and we now have an action plan that works for both her and me and the baby. Absolutely perfect birth as a first time mom. She came 6 hours after going into labor! No complications at all. Dr. Hira mentally and physically prepared me for this birth through her gentle care. I was so happy that I did not tear. I had my daughter get checked as soon as I could! Couldn’t be happier with care.
